The bug came about because of the 2166 patch.
The 2166 patch sometimes adds '-1' to the end of the cache files, like:
024D0BA011D71846000063BC36F30001-1.uxx
instead of being:
024D0BA011D71846000063BC36F30001.uxx
and as the file name in the cache file is:
024D0BA011D71846000063BC36F30001
Map Manager v1.2 which was released before the 2166 patch will not be able to convert or delete any file with the -1 added to it.
The best way to fix the problem is upgrade to Map Manager v1.4 as soon as possible, which has loads of new functions.
Also note, if the files are already converted then it will display 0 files converted. If you still see the cache files in the cache folder then you had 'Remove files from cache folder after converting' disabled, and if the files still don't convert try enabling 'Overwrite files when converting', this will force the cache files to be converted even if they have already been converted.
