MM 1.4.1 - Remove Files Already Converted Bug
Posted by arden on Friday February 2003 6:34:28pm from 62.254.123.xxx ID: 49

If you use the option 'Remove Files Already Converted' you could be removing information you need from the cache.ini file in order to convert other files which might not already be converted.

I forgot to reset a Bool value within a loop. Your best bet is to just convert all files and then use it if you like, but better still, enable cache remove to remove the files after converting, which will stop the need for the 'Remove Files Already Converted' function.

When I tested this function I had a few files converted in the folder and a few not converted. Because of the way the function works the Bool value could be set back to false if the file was not able to be deleted for some reason, which I'm guessing is what happened to me ;(

Thanks to Orren for spotting this one and emailing it in.

This will be fixed in version 1.5, as I no longer have the source code for 1.4.1

Regards,
arden
